Contact us to set up your hospital account, or sign in directly if you've already been invited by your organization's master admin.

A master admin sends an invite. The invited person sets their own password and is taken straight to their department dashboard — no shared credentials.

There are three roles:

• Master Admin — oversees the whole hospital account, reviews and publishes submitted schedules across departments.
• Department Admin — manages and submits their department's on-call schedule.
• Viewer — can look up schedules but can't edit them.

A department admin submits their schedule, a master admin reviews it, and once approved it's published and instantly visible on the public schedule pages.

A department admin can update and resubmit; once re-approved, the published schedule updates immediately for anyone checking it.

No. The public schedule lookup and calendar pages are accessible without logging in, so front desk staff, nurses, or other departments can check quickly.

No. CallPager only manages on-call scheduling data — provider names, roles, departments, and shift times. It does not collect, store, or transmit patient records or any PHI, which keeps HIPAA scoping straightforward for hospital IT and compliance review.

Yes. Access is role-based, and only authorized admins can submit or approve schedule changes. Viewers and the public lookup pages are read-only.

Yes — CallPager is multi-tenant, so a hospital can manage multiple departments under one organization account, each with its own schedule and admins.

Yes — there are organization appearance settings so a hospital's branding can be reflected on their schedule pages.

Yes. CallPager runs in any browser, so admins and viewers can submit, approve, and look up schedules from a phone or tablet without installing an app.
